Recording Help
Storytellers do not need to install an app. They open the link we send, allow camera or microphone access, and record in the browser. If that flow does not work, check the device and browser first.
- Use a modern browser like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
- Make sure microphone or camera permissions are enabled
- Refresh the page if recording controls do not appear
- Try another device if the browser is outdated or restricted
